Being on death ground means that what ever you do is the last thing you'll do before you die. Everybody should be on death ground every single day of their lives. There's no force in the world that can guarantee that we'll live another minute.
Society seems to be made up in a way that death is several step away, it seems to be required in order for people to live comfort lives. In a way, it's like trying to ignore death because of fear. That ignorance makes people not live lives of urgency.
Death should not be something to fear but embraced.
