Isn't it true that when we buy something we want to get our money's worth with it? When I played World of Warcraft, the 15$ monthly fee is sometime all it took for me to play the game. I didn't feel like playing, at times, but did because I wanted my money's worth.
This thought goes through everyone's head when they have a membership or a monthly subscription to a service. Could a service like this be applied in your industry?
